Global Competition Terms and Conditions: Age of Sigmar Displate Competition

1. Promoter
1.1 The promoter of this competition is Print Clever.
1.2 For the purposes of these terms and conditions, Print Clever includes its authorised agents and any third parties involved in the administration or judging of the competition.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The competition is open to residents worldwide, aged 18 or over, except for residents of Australia, Italy, Russia, Belarus, Turkey, Taiwan, Albania, Serbia, Ireland, Canada, Belgium and China This competition is void where prohibited by law.
2.2 Employees of Print Clever, their immediate families, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition are not eligible to enter.

2.3 Entrants must be subscribed to Warhammer Officially Licensed Merchandise's mailing list via the entry form to be eligible for entry. If you are already on the mailing list, you must re apply via the specified form.

3. How to Enter
3.1 To enter the competition, participants must sign up to Warhammer Officially Licensed Merchandise's mailing list via the form on the competition page and follow Facebook & Instagram channels.
3.2 No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
3.3 Only one entry per person is allowed. Entrants identified as having submitted multiple entries in contravention of these Terms and Conditions will be disqualified.

4. Competition Period
4.1 The competition begins at 4:00 pm BST on 22nd March 2026 and ends at 11:59 pm BST on 7th April 2026.
4.2 Entries received after the closing date will not be counted.

5. The Prize
5.1 The prize for the winner is the "Hammers of Sigmar Annihilator Displate"
5.2 The total value of the prize is £39.
5.3 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered. Entrants are responsible for any applicable taxes and compliance with tax laws in the area of receipt of the prize.

6. Winner Selection and Notification
6.1 The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received before the closing date.
6.2 The draw will be conducted by Print Clever or its authorised representative within 7 days of the closing date.
6.3 The winner will be notified by email within 14 days of the closing date. If the winner does not respond to the email within 7 days of being notified, Print Clever reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random.

7. Data Protection and Publicity
7.1 By entering the competition, entrants agree to Print Clever using their personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
7.2 The winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity related to the competition, including the publication of their name and image in any media.
7.3 Entrants agree that Print Clever can use their name and place of residence (in the format of initial-surname-state/region-country) for advertising and promotional purposes. If you do not wish your name and/or place of residence to be published or made available, please inform Print Clever at the time you submit your entry.

8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Print Clever will not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrant as a result of participating in the competition or accepting the prize.

9. General
9.1 Print Clever reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, alter, or amend the competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside its control.
9.2 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
9.3 This prize draw is subject to applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
9.4 If any provision or part-provision of these terms is or becomes invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted, but that shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of this agreement.

10. Social Media Platforms
10.1 In accordance with the requirements of third-party social media platforms, entrants agree to fully release and hold harmless from liability the third-party social media platform operators (including but not limited to Meta (Facebook), X (formerly Twitter), and Instagram) in relation to this competition.
10.2 This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta or any other social media platform provider.

11. Data Protection
11.1 Any personal data provided to us in connection with this competition will be held and processed in accordance with our Privacy Notice. We may also use that data for the administration of, and communication in connection with this competition. By submitting your personal information in connection with this competition, you acknowledge the processing of your personal data as set out above and confirm that the information is accurate and complete.

12. Customer Disclosure – US
12.1 No purchase of any kind is necessary to enter or win this prize draw. You have not yet won. Purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Grand Prize: Hammers of Sigmar Annihilator Displate valued at £39. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Entries must be received by 11:59pm 7th April 2026.
