USA Delivery

We will not have charged you Sales Tax or Import Duty on your order.

Due to changes implemented in 2025 by the US government, there will be Import Duty to pay on goods originating from China and Hong Kong, and goods made from steel and aluminium. We are working hard to ensure that the website is updated with the latest information, but if you have any questions, please contact our Customer Success Team

Goods Originating from China & Hong Kong:

All JoyToy and McFarlane Figures, Candles, Christmas Jumpers, Collectible Coins, Ties, Socks, Boxed sets of coasters, Jackets and certain pre-sale limited edition items have an origin of China and will attract Import Duty when shipping to the US. This is detailed on the product detail page of the website.

Goods made of Steel & Aluminium:

Keyrings, Stationary Tins, Waterbottles, Collectible Coins and similar items will attract Import Duty based on their material composition. This is detailed on the product detail page of the website.

Delivery Refusal

Please note that we do not refund orders returned to our warehouse due to refusal to pay Sales Tax and Import Duty. Please be aware that it can take 4-6 weeks for orders to be repatriated back to our UK warehouse.

We’re unable to calculate your total fees and duties for your order in advance as the fees for processing enhanced imports by US customs will vary. However, if you believe that the customs declaration is incorrect and has led to a charge that you believe you should not have paid, please send us copies of the customs paperwork, showing your full name and address, and product details and we will investigate this for you.

European Union Delivery

We are registered with the EU IOSS Import scheme. This means that if the total cost of your order is 150 Euros [135 GBP] or less, including shipping, there will be no Import Duty or Sale Tax to pay. We have collected this at the checkout and will remit it to the EU Tax Authorities.

If the total cost of your order is more than 150 Euros [135 GBP], including shipping, you are liable to pay the tax and the duty on delivery. You will see that neither tax nor duty have been charged at the checkout.

Delivery Refusal

Please note that we do not refund orders returned to our warehouse due to refusal to pay Sales Tax and Duty. If you believe that the carrier has not correctly contacted you to settle duties and taxes and that has resulted in a return to the warehouse, we will investigate and contact you to arrange for reshipment. Please be aware that it can take 4-6 weeks for orders to be repatriated back to the UK.

If you believe that the customs declaration is incorrect and has led to a charge that you believe you should not have paid, please send us copies of the customs paperwork, showing your full name and address, and product details and we will investigate this for you.

Canada and Rest of World Delivery

We have not charged Sales Tax and Import Duty on shipments to Canada and the Rest of the World. You are liable to pay the fees for the destination country. Please ensure that you fully understand and comply with Sales Tax and Import Duty laws for the destination country.

Delivery Refusal

Please note that we do not refund orders returned to our warehouse due to refusal to pay Sales Tax and Duty. Many such parcels will not be returned to our warehouse due to the prohibitive cost of repatriation to the UK, and the goods will be destroyed by the importing country. Print Clever will not be liable for losses of this kind.
