EU Orders and Deliveries Suspended

Due to disruption at the UK border due to COVID, the holiday season and uncertainty surrounding Brexit, we have turned off all EU shipping destinations until at least the 4th Jan 2021 when we will review. Delivery Pricing

All delivery prices are calculated based on the weight of your order, and all of our delivery services are based on a tracked-to-your-door service. Heavier items such as framed art canvas prints will cost more than lighter items such as t shirt or mugs.

  • When Will Your Order Leave?

    As each order is customised/made exactly to your needs, it will take typically 2-4 business days for it to leave our warehouse.

    Shipping Methods

    UK Standard (Untracked) Delivery

    Sent via Royal Mail. Delivery is typically within 2-3 working days from date of dispatch.

    UK Tracked Delivery

    Sent via UPS Standard. This is a **signed-for service. Delivery is typically within 2 working days from date of dispatch. You will receive an email from UPS which will allow you to redirect the parcel to a time or place of your convenience, or you can arrange for collection at a UPS access point.

    EU Tracked Delivery

    Delivered using PostNL Registered Service. This is a **signed-for service using your local service provider, and TNT from our Central European warehouse.

    USA Tracked Delivery

    Delivered using USPS First Class which is a **signed-for service.

    Canada Tracked Delivery

    Delivered using Canada Post which is a **signed-for service.

    ROW Tracked Delivery

    Delivered using Global Spring (PostNL),which is a **signed-for service. Country-specific local postal services will complete final delivery.

    Non-delivery occurs when the goods do not arrive at the address you gave us, or you claim that the goods are not in your possession despite a confirmation of successful delivery from the delivery partner.

    Please be aware that in some cases of disputed delivery, as detailed in our terms of service, we may have to undertake a full investigation with the delivery partner before processing any refund or replacement.

    Poste Italiane has suspended all delivery services in the below postal code areas:

    Caltanissetta: Centuripe (CAP 94010), Camastra (CAP 92020)
    Palermo: Misilmeri (CAP 90036) and Ciminna (90023)
    Ragusa: Vittoria (CAP 97019), Acate (97011) and Comiso (97013)

    Delivery to Ireland

    Due to an operational issue at AnPost, we are experiencing some difficulty and not receiving delivery scans for items delivered into Ireland. This does not mean items are not delivered.

    Currently measures are put in place to improve on the situation, we see improvements already, however there is no timeline provided for the issue to be resolved entirely. Due to capacity issues and the impact of Covid-19, items are delayed as well.

    We continue to monitor the situation closely and will be in close contact with AnPost, to have the scanning issues resolved as soon as possible.
