Gift Card Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions (Terms) apply to the purchase and use of digital gift cards (Gift Cards) through merch.warhammer.com (our site). Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing or using a Gift Card.
1. INFORMATION ABOUT US
1.1 Our site is operated by Print Clever Limited (we, us or our), registered in England and Wales under company number 05149084. Our address is Unit 109, Cheney Manor Industrial Estate, Swindon, SN2 2DS, United Kingdom.

1.3 These Terms supplement our site's general terms and conditions. Where there is a conflict relating to Gift Cards, these Terms apply, subject to your statutory rights.
2. PURCHASING AND DELIVERY
2.1 Gift Cards are supplied electronically. No physical card will be sent. Delivery arrangements and expected times will be shown before you place your order.
2.2 Please check the email address supplied when placing your order. If your Gift Card does not arrive, please contact us.
2.3 Available Gift Card values and the applicable currency will be shown before you place your order and in your confirmation. Please check these details before making payment.
3. VALIDITY AND FEES
3.1 Gift Cards have no expiry date. Any unused balance will remain available for future purchases without expiry.
3.2 We do not charge activation, redemption, inactivity, maintenance or replacement fees.
4. USING YOUR GIFT CARD
4.1 Gift Cards can only be redeemed at merch.warhammer.com. They cannot be redeemed at warhammer.com, Games Workshop or Warhammer retail stores, Warhammer+, or other retailers.
4.2 Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.
4.3 Enter the Gift Card code in the relevant field at checkout. The amount used will be deducted from the available balance.
4.4 A Gift Card may be used on more than one order until its balance has been spent. If the total order value exceeds the available balance, the difference must be paid using another payment method accepted at checkout.
4.5 You can check the remaining balance using the link supplied with your Gift Card or by contacting us.
4.6 Purchases made using a Gift Card remain subject to the applicable product prices, availability, delivery charges and taxes shown on our site and at checkout. A Gift Card does not guarantee the availability of any particular Product or delivery by a particular date.
5. PROMOTIONS
5.1 Any promotion applying to the purchase of Gift Cards will expressly state this in its terms.
5.2 Where a Gift Card is used to pay for Products included in a promotion, the terms of that promotion will apply. Any exclusions will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.
6. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
6.1 You may cancel your Gift Card by contacting warhammer@pc-supportdesk.com within 14 days of your purchase confirmation, provided the Gift Card has not been redeemed, in whole or in part. Please include your name and order number and tell us that you wish to cancel.
6.2 We will deactivate the cancelled Gift Card and refund the amount paid to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. The refund will normally be made to the original purchaser.
6.3 Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law or provided for in these Terms. To request a payment required by applicable law, please contact us.
6.4 This cancellation policy does not affect your statutory rights. Where applicable law gives you additional cancellation or refund rights, including rights relating to a partly or fully redeemed Gift Card or longer cancellation periods, those rights continue to apply.
7. RETURNS OF PRODUCTS
7.1 Products purchased using a Gift Card are subject to our applicable returns policy and your statutory rights.
7.2 Where a refund is due, the amount paid using a Gift Card will normally be credited to that Gift Card or a replacement Gift Card with no expiry date. Any amount paid using another payment method will normally be refunded to that payment method, unless otherwise required by law.
7.3 Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights in relation to Products that are faulty or not as described.
8. LOST GIFT CARDS AND UNAUTHORISED USE
8.1 Please keep your Gift Card code secure and share it only with the intended recipient.
8.2 If your Gift Card is lost, stolen, sent to an incorrect email address or used without your permission, please contact us as soon as possible. We may ask for proof of purchase to verify the Gift Card and any remaining balance.
8.3 Where we can verify ownership and the remaining balance, we will assist with securing and replacing the unused value. We may not be able to recover amounts already used without your permission. This does not affect your statutory rights.
8.4 We may temporarily suspend a Gift Card where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, unauthorised use, an unpaid purchase or a payment reversal. We will act reasonably and provide information about resolving the matter where legally permitted. A Gift Card will not be cancelled solely because it has not been used.
9. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
9.1 The Terms in force when you purchase your Gift Card will apply to that Gift Card.
9.2 We will not introduce an expiry date or fees, or otherwise reduce the redemption rights of an existing Gift Card, except where a change is required by law. Any such change will be subject to your applicable legal rights.
10. PERSONAL INFORMATION AND YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS
10.1 We use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Notice. Providing a recipient's email address for Gift Card delivery does not by itself subscribe that person to marketing communications.
10.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any governing-law provision in our general terms does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections or rights to bring proceedings in the courts available to you by law.
